Minimum stay is 4 days. Please call us for special circumstances if you would like an exception to our minimum night stay policy. We are flexible to fill gaps in our calendar, etc.
Reservation Deposit: 25% of total is processed when we confirm your reservation. You can click here to make a secure online reservation, or call our home 814-282-4230 during waking hours US Eastern Time; or Patti's office 800-270-8878 (toll free in USA and Canada) between10am and 5pm US EST Monday-Friday.
Balance of Payment: Full remainder charged 90 days prior to arrival, or 180 days for stays including any of the nights from Dec 23-Jan 1.
Reservation Changes: Reservations may be changed in compliance with our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation, please note that your deposit is non-refundable; if you have already paid the balance (i.e., you are within 90 days of your stay, or at any time for the period including any night between Dec 23 and Jan 1), then your entire payment is non-refundable if we do not rent the unused days. If you have not paid the balance, then it will be adjusted to reflect your shortened reservation as long as it is at least four nights. No adjustment will be made for a shortened stay that includes any of the night between Dec 23 and Jan 1 or 7 days before or after US Presidents Day.
Cancellation: If you cancel more than 90 days prior to arrival, deposit is refunded less $200 non-refundable administrative fee. No refund will made for cancellations 90 days or less prior to your arrival date. No refund will be made if you cancel at any time for stays that include any night from Dec 23-Jan 1.
Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events. Travel insurance can be purchased online.
Damage Deposit: You will need to provide a credit card (not a debit card) and sign a damage waiver at check-in giving us authority to charge your credit card for damage, removed items, long distance phone calls, etc. You will be notified by email if such action is necessary. Guest assumes all financial responsibility for property damage incurred by tenants or guest of tenants. You agree to pay us for all damages, no limit.
Liability: We do not assume any liability for injury or loss of personal belongings.
Check-In Time (PST) 4 p.m. Check-Out Time (PST) 10 a.m. Delayed Arrivals - If you will arrive at night after the front desk closes, PLEASE NOTIFY Shirley Hills (concierge) IN ADVANCE, or as soon as you know your flight or arrival is otherwise delayed, by calling at 604-932-9893. We have a private lock box near the entrance to Woodrun Lodge, and can provide a code so you can obtain your keys. We are not responsible for arrival delays. If you arrive after the reserved date or leave early, no refunds will be given.

Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 8 people for Woodrun 410 and 510.
Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be over 25 years of age, unless a family with children.
Housekeeping: Includes cleaning before arrival and after departure. Additional cleanings may be scheduled by contacting Patti Storey or Shirley Hills at the guest's request and expense.

Eviction: Complaints will result in eviction by security service, and no refund will be issued. You will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace, or excess or underage occupants.
